01Entry limits
Limit one (1) entry per person, per every 24 hours; provided that the additional entry earned by participating in our refer-a-friend option does not constitute an extra entry in violation of this limitation. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar means of entry are permitted. Once submitted, entries become the exclusive property of the sponsor and will not be returned.
02Eligibility
This sweepstakes is only open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and agents of the sponsor and its respective affiliates, officers, distributors, agencies, and prize suppliers, and their immediate family members and persons residing in the same household as such employees, are not eligible to enter or win.
03Drawing
Sponsor will select three (3) prize winners from all eligible entries at random. Entrants need not be present to win. The potential winner will be notified by mail. If any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the winner does not respond to the notification within thirty-five (35) days of the date of notification, the prize will be forwarded to a government agency, the Federal Trade Commission, to resolve the dispute.
04Prize & odds
The sponsor will determine the specific prize components at the sponsor's sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The winner is responsible for expenses, including, without limitation, insurance, registrations, any applicable state or local taxes, and any other costs incurred in claiming or using the prize. All payments will be made through a company-appointed trustee and only under authorized methods of payment. Authorized financial instruments include cashier's checks, bank wires, and money orders. Exceptions are applicable only under review and acceptance by company officials. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. No prize substitutions or cash equivalent of the prize are permitted except at the sponsor's sole discretion, and then only for a prize of equal or greater value. The prize will be delivered to the winner's residence listed on the entry form.
05General
Clearing House Promotions is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. Entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants expressly acknowledge that these official rules have been drafted in the English language, and that any translation prepared for any reason will be of no legal effect and the English version of these official rules shall govern any dispute. By participating, the contestant releases the sponsor, Clearing House Promotions, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any injury, death, or damage of any kind arising from the contestant's participation in this sweepstakes, or resulting from the entrant's acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes and signifies the winner's consent that the sponsor and/or its agents may use the winner's entry, name, address (city and state only), prize information, and/or likeness for promotional purposes in any media now existing or hereinafter devised, without additional compensation. (Tennessee residents need not consent to or sign any publicity release.) Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The sponsor is not responsible for (1) late, incomplete, delayed, destroyed, garbled, or incomplete entries; (2) incorrect transcription of entry or story information; (3) any human error, technical malfunctions, or lost or delayed data transmission; or (4) any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or line failure of any telephone network, computer equipment, or software. The sponsor reserves the right to (i) disqualify from this or any sweepstakes it sponsors, now or in the future, any person it finds, in its sole discretion, has intentionally violated these official rules, tampered with the entry process, or the operation of the sweepstakes or any other aspect of this sweepstakes; and (ii) cancel or suspend the sweepstakes in its entirety, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the sponsor's control that corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper play of the sweepstakes.
06Warning
Any attempt by an entrant or any other person to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. If such an attempt is made, the sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney fees) from such entrant or any other person to the fullest extent permitted by law, including seeking criminal prosecution.
